Do not waste your time with this person! They do not honor their warrany. Despite having my compressor replaced just a few months ago, well within the warranty period, it malfunctioned again. I called and was given the run arround until I was eventually ignored. I used Zelle for payment so I could not dispue part of the charge like I would do with a credit card. So I was taken advantage of. He got the money and ran. DO NOT do business with some one of that caliber.

CALLED ABOUT A LEAK IN A DISHWASHER; GIDEON SHOWED UP; COST OVER $300 AND HAD TO PAY TRIP EXPENSES DESPITE THE AD; AND THAT NIGHT IT LEAKED THE SAME..CALLED AGAIN AND HE SAID; GIDEON WOUD COME BACK..FIVE DAYS AND SEVERAL CALLS LATER; NO GIDEON AND NO ONE CALLS NOR WILL THEY ANSWER THE PHONEROBERT C

Gideon was referred by another repairman. I’m very glad he was! Told him the problem and he went from there. I didn’t have to order the part because he stocks extra parts to certain appliances. I found out that he’s also a general contractor too. Needless to say, I will be using him for other things I need done! I will also be recommending him to neighbors, family and friends.
